Meet Crystal Williams

Welcome! My name is Crystal Williams, and I am proud to be a third-grade teacher at C.L. Salter Elementary School. I have been working in education for four years, with a background in early childhood/elementary education.

I am passionate about helping students grow academically, socially, and personally. I believe every child has unique strengths and abilities, and I strive to create a welcoming, supportive classroom environment where students feel valued, confident, and motivated to learn.

My Teaching Philosophy

As an educator, I believe that learning is most successful when students feel encouraged, respected, and supported. My goal is to provide meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity, build confidence, and help students develop the skills they need to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.

A Little More About Me

Outside of the classroom, family is very important to me. I am happily married and have been married for 21 years. My husband and I are blessed with three children, who continue to be an important part of my life.

I am grateful for the opportunity to serve the students and families of C.L. Salter Elementary. I look forward to making a positive difference in the lives of my students and helping them have a successful and rewarding school year.
